Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using this site you are signifying that you are in agreement with our terms and conditions. Handwoven.ie reserves the right to modify, change or update these terms at any time. We ask that you refrain from using this site if you do not agree with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Retail

Customers using this site will receive the goods as ordered and authorised in the shopping cart section of this web site. We aim to dispatch the requested goods within 7 days of receiving order confirmation. If for whatever reason goods cannot be dispatched you will be contacted and your payment returned/cancelled.

We accept returns for products that have been dispatched wrongly or in the extremely rare situation that have faults. In these events an e-mail must be sent from the purchaser to handwovenbylizchristy@eircom.net stating the reason for return prior to the request being granted.

Wholesale

We accept wholesale and retail outlet interest in our products from businesses that wish to sell Handwoven products to their customers. Handwoven is a registered business in Ireland. Our mission is to deliver our quality Handwoven products to our customers direct via the internet. The company aims to offer a fast and efficient service with very competitive delivery rates.

Complaints

All complaints, including problems with deliveries, should be directed to handwovenbylizchristy@eircom.net. All complaints are confidential and will be responded to within 5 working days. We will be fair, and informative and resolve any problems in a timely manner.
